PRIVATE VENUE FOR HIRE IN LEEDS - CAN
BRING OWN DRINKS/FOOD - Are you looking for a venue to have a christmas
party or function and want to either cater it yourself or bring your own
caterer and/or own wine, drinks etc? We now have the perfect, coolest
club in town available to hire privately for your own function. It is a
stunning venue that requires little or no venue styling. There is
plenty of on-street parking outside the door. Most venues charge
excessive fees to bring your own food/drink - NOT THIS PLACE!!
It has a state of the art lighting system with several fabulous mood
settings, superb house sound system to play your own e.g ipod, music
through (if required), large screens rolling music videos, there is
also a completely private terrace for your exclusive use. Great for
numbers up to 80, additional tables can be brought in for seated dining
events or use it as a club, dancing etc. We can arrange all catering,
staff, security etc or you can hire the venue and bring all your own in.

I posted on facebook this morning - Devastating news! One of the biggest
stationery companies in the US has had to close it's doors. They were
renowned for excellence, quality, cutting edge designs, customer service
and reputation. Lots of staff have lost their jobs and maybe quite a
few orders incomplete! It is so sad. They were inspirational in our
industry. This is now the 7th major stationery company in the states to
cease trading. Just what is happening out there? So so sad. Our thoughts
and wishes go out to all their lovely staff, the president and
directors, it must be tough.
More news is now coming out and apparently this has left many retailers and brides to be and Barmitzvah mum's without their stationery orders. A nightmare it must be, all round.
Retailers are up in arms about the so sudden demise, doors closed, emails un responded to and no word of warning to anyone, but would they really have had time to actually contact all their dealers/retailers. I think realistically if e.g. they have been a victim of foreclosure then whoever that person is who instructs it then it's a rapid thing, keys taken off them etc etc so there wouldn' really be the calmness and time to contact everyone.
I totally understand how these poor retailers and dealers must feel but I think we must give a second and think about the man at the top of the company and his staff below him and what a terrible situation to be faced with - telling his loyal staff of 30 years that the doors are closed and that his and their world has come crashing down.
It really is such a shame. |

Where do we begin.... last weekend we were with Radio Aire at their wedding event, had loads of enquiries and we are now packing up and getting ready for this weekend!
Join us this Sunday 25th September at the Mansion, Leeds for their fabulous wedding experience, doors open 11am to 4pm and we will be showcasing stunning stationery designs by Linda Abrahams & Co.,
A fabulous new collection of vintage venue styling, crockery and party wear has just arrived TODAY!!!! It looks fantastic.
We also had a new delivery of exquisite bespoke dressings for tables and chairs including embellished organza runners and luxury, made to order, table cloths. Also to add that extra something special to chair covers, beautiful diamante brooches and tie backs.
The Event Showroom has had its winter make over and is now themed, set and ready as a winter wonderland with stunning centre pieces.
